The love for great food, continues onto the bar, with a really different beverage offer. We are proud to be one of the only pubs in Norfolk serving gravity poured real ales ‘straight from the wood’, and present 6 local ales for you to enjoy.
Try our in-house ginger beer and traditional lemonade for something a little different, or venture onto our selection of continental specialty lagers, local cider, a good selection of spirits and excellent choice of wines. Bar nibbles from the kitchen and traditional indoor and outdoor bar games complete the picture.
We have a superb range of beers ranging from the local micro-brewery range of Peter Yetman,
to the local classics from Woodforde's and Adnams, to the rich fruity continental beers
such as Hoegarten and Leffe.
We now have our own house ale, Edgfield Old Spot, brewed by Wolk Brewery and a perfect accompaniment
to the fantastic menu.
Our wine supplier always comes up trumps with a lovely range of reds, whites, and super-fashionable and super-tasty rosés.
Someone has to drive, and children get thirsty too, so we have also got an extensive array of soft drinks. More than enough to satisfy, we think.
The Pigs bar is a bit like a big adults playroom.... with a bar.
