Here is a list of our Frequently Asked Questions for our pub, B&B and PigSpa. If you have a question not answered here please get in touch and we will be more than happy to help you.

Pub

Can I bring my dog?

Absolutely, we love dogs! So much so that they are welcome in our restaurant and even in a couple of our Original Spa bedrooms, so no one gets left behind. We also have a selection of pooches treats for sale on-site and a designated dog walking/play area.

Do you take large group bookings?

Yes! We can take tables up to 30 but we will need all food orders in advance (depending on the size of your party). Please call our team on 01263 587634 to book!

Do I need to book a table?

Yes please! We do have some space for walk-ins but we can get very busy at peak times so we always recommend booking a table to avoid any disappointment.

Do you cater for dietary requirements?

Yes we do. Please let a team member know of any when you arrive so we can best advise you. We have vegetarian and vegan options, and have gluten free and dairy free meals available.

Do you cater for weddings?

Our fabulous partners, Back To Your Place, are wonderful caterers for any events, be it a wedding, private dinner party, wake or informal get together. Take a look at their website for more information.

Do you do a Norfolk Passport discount?

Yes! We are proud Norfolk Passport Partners, meaning we offer 10% off all our food and drink when presented with the card. You can also save 10% off all our rooms, too. Want to become a member? Sign up is free and instant, and you can find out more here.

Rooms

Can I bring my dog?

Yes! A couple of our Original Spa Rooms are dog-friendly- just add on the notes section before checkout that you will be bringing your pooch with you. There will be a surcharge of £25.

How far are you from the beach?

We’re a 20 minute drive from the beach!

Which rooms have fridges?

All our Spa Suites have fridges, and there is a fridge on the landing for guests to use if they are staying in an Original Spa Room or Bubble & Squeak.

Do you provide Z beds?

Yes, we have one Z bed on site suitable for someone up to the age of 11 years old. Please call our team to arrange this.

What do you offer for special occasions?

We have a number of special room add-on packages available for anyone wanting to make their stay extra special, including a romance, birthday, babymoon and spa package.

Do you do room service?

Of course we do! In our rooms, we understand that not many people would want to leave- even for food- so we are more than happy to deliver food and drink to your room. Call our team on reception or scan the QR code in the room to place your order.

Can I have early check in or check out?

You can book an early check-in at 1.30pm for £35, we cannot offer a later check-out.

Can I pay my balance off before I stay?

Yes you can! Jut give our team a call on 01263 587634 to do this.

PigSpa

How old do you have to be for treatments?

You need to be 16 or over to have a spa treatment or use a hot tub.

How many people can have a spa day?

Up to four people can book a spa day with us- please call our team on 01263 587634 to arrange.

Do you have a swimming pool?

No, but you do have private in-room spa facilities

Can I use the Spa Garden if I’m having a treatment?

You can access the Spa Garden on a Half Day Spa Experience Day, or if you’re staying in a Spa Suite and have booked a time slot with us.

Do I need to bring swimwear for a half-day spa?

Yes!

Can I have a treatment if I’m pregnant?

We can carry out treatments on women over 12 weeks pregnant but please check with your midwife before your treatment that you are able to receive a massage, i.e.you are not a high-risk pregnancy.

Do you do couples spa days?

Yes, our Twilight Spa package has been put together for couples in need of some relaxing time together. The Twilight Spa includes a spa treatment and a 3 course meal in the Pigs Pub after.

Do I get a discount on spa treatments with a Norfolk passport?

No, but we do offer discounts from time to time- sign up to our newsletter or follow us on social media for more information.
