Please note that we take payment upon booking, and cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will still be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Late arrival will result in a reduction in your treatment time.
We cannot carry out any treatments in the first trimester of pregnancy.
A full consultation will be completed with you on arrival, but if you have any contraindications, your chosen treatment may need to be changed, or we may be unable to proceed. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, please inform us of any health conditions (particularly cancer, recent major surgery—less than six months ago, heart disorders, allergies, or pregnancy) before your appointment, and our therapists can advise you.
We can only carry out treatments on people over the age of 18. With prior communication, we would be happy to carry out treatments on 16 to 18-year-olds; in this instance, a parent or guardian would need to be present for the treatment and give consent.
