You'll still get the full PIGSPA experience, with just a few new measures introduced to keep you safe - see the changes below.
All of our therapists are dedicated to their craft, and will help to personalise each treatment to suit your mood, whether it is to help you reach full relaxation mode or uplift you to help you conquer the rest of your day.
Our products are natural, organic and ethical and are available to purchase at the SPABAR or on our online shop.
We hope that we can help you shut off the outside world, even for just five minutes, and indulge in some rest and recovery for mind, body & soul.
All treatments and practices will adhere to rules and guidance, and all therapists are COVID trained to government standards.
▪️ Facial treatments will not be taking place for the time being
▪️ Only treatments where the guest is facing away from the therapist will be available
▪️ Guests will receive an electronic consultation to complete before arrival
▪️ Temperature checks will be taken for therapists and guests
▪️ Therapists will be wearing visors and linen aprons which will be changed between each guest
▪️ There will be longer breaks between guests to ensure treatment rooms have been sufficiently disinfected
▪️ Our double treatment rooms are currently closed only the therapist and one guest can be present, however we can still fulfil couple treatments packages with each guest in separate rooms

Please note that we take payment in advance upon booking and cancellations need to be made 24 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will still be charged the full cost of the treatment.
Late arrival will result in a reduction of your treatment time
We are unable to carry out any treatments in the first trimester of pregnancy
PIGSPA treatments and products are excluded from Norfolk Passport discount
A full consultation will be completed with you on arrival but if you are aware of any contra-indications your chosen treatment may need to be changed or we may be unable to carry it out. Therefore, to avoid disappointment, please inform us of any health conditions, heart disorders, allergies or if you are pregnant in advance of your appointment and our therapists will be able to advise you.
